Replacement Filter Box for the Blue Planet Paradiso 160L triangle aquarium, both the EG518 & newer model EG518HP.

There are two R-060 Filter Boxes for the two different models of the Paradiso 160L Corner aquarium, both of which are labeled with R-060 or FB-060.

Measure your box and use the dimensions below for the correct box for your tank or contact us for assistance.

Original Paradiso 160L, was supplied with 2 x 13w light tubes. Model: EG518 39.5 x 12.5 x 9 cm

R-060 / FB-060

New Paradiso 160L, was supplied with factory fitted LED. Model: EG518HP.

The new model R-060 is longer and thinner than the old style R-060, and so these boxes are not interchangeable.

The older model Paradiso, originally fitted with 2 x 13w Fluorescent lights, only fit the EG409 R-060/FB-065 for aquarium model number EG518.

The newer LED Paradiso, with the 8 x 1w High Powered LED lighting, only fit the EG743 R-060/FB-060 for aquarium model number EG518HPLED.

To confirm, view the model info on the tank top which shows which lighting the tank has. If it shows 8 x 1w LED, you have the newer model. If it states 2 x 13w, you have the older model.

Includes box, lid & cartridge media. Pipe sets and outlet pipes are available separately

*Filter boxes have been redesigned and no longer include the dividers provided in the older model filter boxes, to suit the new Filter Cartridges, available here: R-050 R-060 & R-070.  The codes have also been updated on the box lid, and now show FB in replace of the old R code (i.e FB-050 instead of R-050, FB-020 instead of R-020).
